Absolutely deserves 5 stars. I would give more if it were possible. Serhat and Nihat were super friendly, gave everything and managed the move professionally. The solid wood furniture was no problem, 4 floors down, 150km drive, 3 floors back up. The washing machine was also adapted to the (too) narrow door in the new apartment with full effort (dismantling/reassembling the cover and porthole). I also took more with me than I initially stated and at no extra charge. In general, I found the price-performance ratio unbeatable. Just THANK YOU.
At the beginning of September we moved 700 km south from Berlin. Our move with 3 people from a 90 sqm apartment consisted of around 80 boxes and 45 sqm of moving goods. The Real Removals company carefully packed, loaded and transported the next day and unloaded on the 3rd day. The teams were on time, very careful and very nice. Many thanks in particular to Cihan and Mehmet, who were there on all three days, as well as to Ms. Mevkic, who arranged the organization in advance. I can only recommend Real!What was particularly good was the individual appointment arrangement according to my wishes and the uncomplicated processing of a small claim via the insurance company.
I can highly recommend Real Removals. Ms. Mevkic in particular gave us perfect advice and support.The three employees who took care of the move and assembly were very friendly and competent.Keep it up!!!
These seem to be bought reviews, that's no longer a problem today. My experience is that this company doesn't stick to agreements and is very unreliable. No thanks
Overall great experience and I would highly recommend Real-Umzüge. We used them to move from Berlin to Rheinland-Pfalz which was split over 2 days. The initial quoting process (and onsite inspection) was very professional and the responsive to changes up until the day we moved (as we were unsure of what we needed). One the moving days, the team arrived as advised, and were very efficient in packing the items and delivering them without any major issues. Two thumbs up!
Rasmina was the sweetest person to deal with. She helped me solve a big issue I had with moving to Berlin (we split it in two days!). Moving personnel was very quick and diligent.I wish I could meet Rasmina and talk about art hahaha she's the best.I would use the service again, 10/10
They were punctual, kind, keeping followup, very responsible and very gentle and careful, and not demanding service fee after such a hard work and far distance moving. Plus unbelievably affordable. Recommending to everyone. I have never expected to meet such an excellent moving company in Berlin. Double thumb up!
Recently I used the services of Real Umzuge. My case was a bit complicated because I was moving my belongings to two different places. The company was extremely helpful and understanding. They were very professional and helped me organize everything so the move went really fast and fairly stress free. The team arrived on time, was very communicative and friendly. Totally recommend! Also the customer service over the phone - very good and helpful! If I move again, I will definitely give them a call.
